BRANDON GONZALEZ Director of Athletics, Pacifica Christian High School In four years, Gonzalez has created a program that balances participation, competitive and non-competitive success, individual player development, and an overall positive experience. He oversaw the Triton Event Center remodel and has secured long-term partnerships to sustain the needs of the growing Pacifica Christian athletic department. Gonzalez and his wife, Kelsea, have a dog (Boxer) named Bo. CHAD NELSON District Athletic Director, Mulberry Grove Jr./Sr. High School Nelson has been a physical education teacher in Mulberry Grove, Illinois, for seven years. He is also the varsity baseball coach. In the past, he has coached boys and girls junior high basketball. Nelson was named IBCA Basketball Coach of the Year in 2015, and he was given the Kaskaskia Region Outstanding Athletic Director Award in 2018 by the Illinois Principals Association. He resides in Greenville, Illinois, with his wife, Jaclyn, and son, Nash. CHRISTOPHER REAGLE Athletics and Activities Manager, Marriotts Ridge High School Since being named AAM in 2017, Reagle has overseen 11 county or state championships in seven different sports. Reagle previously taught high school English and coached lacrosse and soccer in Howard County, Maryland. His wife, Lauren, and sons, Beau and Jackson, are his greatest supporters. CLINT RIDER Strength and Conditioning Coach, Blue Valley Northwest High School Rider also serves as the head football coach at Blue Valley Northwest (BVNW) High School in Overland Park, Kansas. In 2016, Rider was selected as the Sports in Kansas & Class 3A Football Coach of the Year after leading Hesston High School to its first state championship game in 25 years. In two years, the strength program at BVNW has grown more than 300%. Rider is married to Michelle and has a daughter, Reece.
