2 J U L Y / A U G U S T 2 0 1 8 ANDREA MCHUGH RICHE Associate Athletics Director for Compliance, Concordia University Irvine McHugh Riche joined Concordia University Irvine in 2016. She assists with all duties related to the compliance office, oversees graduate assistants and student assistants, and directs NCAA rules education, interpretations and monitoring. Riche previously worked at Long Beach State, serving in various roles since 2015. She played NCAA Division I volleyball at Notre Dame. ANN GAFFIGAN Chief Technology Officer & USATF Athletes Committee Secretary Gaffigan spent 12 years growing her own web solutions business. Gazelle Inc. served dozens of clients, many of whom were in the high school sports space. Gaffigan worked with her clients to develop custom web systems to help streamline their operations. In 2016, she transitioned into a full-time role as chief technology officer at National Land Realty. BOB BRODERICK Co-Founder, XTECH Protective Equipment, LLC Broderick previously worked in the New York Giants equipment department as a ball boy, part-time assistant and public relations intern. He also worked at The Sports Illustrated Media Group and FOX Sports Media Group, and founded RTB Media LLC. He joined XTECH Protective Equipment in 2012 and is vice president of marketing and sales. BRIAN CLARKE Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Noblesville High School Clarke is entering his 17th year as head strength and conditioning coordinator. He is responsible for more than 650 athletes. Clarke graduated from Butler University and has attained 11 Indiana high school state championships and numerous runner-ups. Clarke is married to Michelle and has four children: Jack, Allie, Kellan, a baby girl due in Oct. 2018. BRYAN MEAGHER Assistant Athletic Director, Oak Hill Academy Meagher has been a basketball coach at Oak Hill Academy for 16 years and currently serves as associate head basketball coach. He has been part of five high school basketball national championships and has coached dozens of NBA and Division 1 athletes. Meagher is passionate about maximizing the potential in our youth and has co-founded The Athlete Maker LLC. CASEY MEILE Activities Director, Sioux Falls Roosevelt High School Meile is in his fourth year as activities director for Sioux Falls Roosevelt High School. On July 1, he will transition to the district office as coordinator of athletics and physical education for Sioux Falls Public Schools. Prior to Roosevelt High School, Meile spent 11 years as a college football coach. He and his wife, Laura, have three children: Ella, Peyton and Faye. CHRIS HOBBS Associate Athletic Director, The King's Academy Hobbs has thrived influencing school communities as an athletic administrator and boys basketball coach. He holds a master's degree in sport coaching and is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator. Multiple journals have published Hobbs' writings on athletic leadership. Hobbs has received basketball coach of the year recognition four times and is a doctoral candidate researching athletic administrators' leadership behaviors. DAN GILL Director of Athletics, Episcopal School of Dallas A graduate of Ohio State University and Canisius College, Gill has guided the athletic departments at several prominent schools across the country over the course of 12 years. A devoted leader of the student-athlete experience and the mentorship of coaches, the Buffalo, New York, native is the proud husband of Megan and father of Brandon and Matthew. DANIELLE TURNER District Athletic Director, Central Bucks School District Turner attended La Salle University on a soccer scholarship, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has been an athletic director for 13 years. Turner is a member of the PIAA board of directors, the District One Female Athletics representative and a member of the PSADA's executive council. She lives in Ivyland, Pennsylvania, with her husband, John, and her bulldog, Tucker. DERRICK MINOR Head Football Coach, Foard High School Minor is entering his sixth season as head coach and his 13th season overall. Known for his Pride Points system and "Earn Your Stripes" program, Minor emphasizes volunteering in the community and developing leadership among his players. His programs have led to a school- record 12 wins and North Carolina state semi-finalists at Princeton High; and nine wins and the first playoff win since 1982 at Foard High.
